The language, conceit, and loud, scribbly, cartoonish art are droll. Winking, grinning, uber-expressive Sparky is irresistible, whether loudly caterwauling on the piano (to the family’s dismay) or scanning the night sky with binoculars for the perfect spot. Bathroom humor sure to hit the spot among young readers.
A humorous story about the power of indecision and the result that can come from finally settling on something, “The Perfect Spot” is a fun, quick read.
This book is lighthearted and relatable to pet owners, making it a fun read.
